Solar Sales Representative – Full Commission
What You'll Do:
- Generate and develop residential solar sales opportunities.
- Conduct in-home consultations and energy assessments.
- Educate homeowners on the benefits of solar energy and energy-saving solutions.
- Present customized proposals and financing options.
- Manage leads and customer relationships throughout the sales process.
- Work closely with our operations team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- 100% Commission-Based Compensation with uncapped earning potential.
- Industry-leading commission structure.
- Fast installation and operational support.
- Multiple financing options available.
- Sales training and ongoing mentorship.
- Marketing support and lead generation opportunities (when available).
- Opportunity for career growth into leadership positions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Previous sales experience is preferred but not required.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
