In this position, you will be responsible for using high-quality ingredients to prepare delicious meals for our customers. The ideal candidate is experienced, creative, and committed to creating an excellent experience for patrons. Job description Responsibilities: Assist in food preparation for catering events Follow recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistency and quality Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, and measuring as directed Assist with cooking and baking tasks as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines Participate in daily kitchen opening and closing procedures Requirements: Previous experience as a prep cook or in a similar role is preferred, but not required Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food preparation methods Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with others Note: This position is open to candidates who are willing to learn and grow in the restaurant industry.
