• Salary: Guaranteed starting at $425,000 per year, with productivity incentives
• Sign-On Bonus: $75,000

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive OB-GYN care to outpatient and inpatient populations
• Manage prenatal, delivery, postpartum, gynecological surgeries, and preventative care
• Conduct hospital rounds and coordinate care with hospitalists and specialists
• Utilize advanced surgical technology, including robotic-assisted systems and procedure rooms with ultrasound, colposcopy, urodynamics
• Mentor and collaborate with advanced practice providers and staff
• Document thoroughly, adhering to hospital policies and legal standards
• Engage in continuous education and quality improvement activities
• Participate in a shared call schedule balancing work and life priorities

What You Need

• Medical license in Missouri or eligible for licensure
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
