Garnish is a local fashion house in the Pearl District featuring our own line of clothing, accessories, and jewelry - designed in-house and made locally, in limited runs of about 25 pieces per style. We believe confidence begins with the clothing you slip into each day. We're looking for someone to help us shout that to the world. What you'd do Run our Instagram: plan it, shoot it, write it, post it, reply to it. Build our LinkedIn from the ground up. Our clients are attorneys, physicians, professors, and founders, and we've barely spoken to them where they spend their work lives. Write and schedule our weekly email newsletter. Get our styling appointments and private shopping parties booked. These drive our revenue, so this is the part that matters most. Keep the website and window displays looking like us. Tell us what's working and what isn't at our weekly check-in. You won't be doing this alone or guessing. You'd work directly with our owner and designer, and we'll teach you the parts you haven't done before. Who we're looking for You don't need years of experience. Whether you're a recent grad or coming at marketing from somewhere else, if you've run an account, built something, or written things people actually read, we want to hear from you. What matters to us: You can write, and you have a good eye for visuals. You can shoot and edit photos and videos on a phone. You're organized, and you get things done like no one else. You're curious about our clients, not just our channels. You want to try things, occasionally fail, and try again. Klaviyo, Shopify, Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop, SEO, paid social ads, photography, styling are all a bonus, none are required. We'd rather hire taste and hustle and teach the tools. Why you'd want this You'd own our marketing mix, not one slice of it, such as social, email, web, and the client relationships behind all of it You'd build a channel from zero. "I launched and grew a brand\'s LinkedIn" is a line most marketers wait years to earn. A real portfolio with your name on it, from a Portland brand that\'s been at this since 2004. In person at our shop in the Pearl District, with flexibility on which days you work.
