Ideal Option seeks a Patient Financial Advocate to serve as a key liaison between patients and internal departments, resolving billing inquiries and setting up payment arrangements. This full-time remote role supports patients across multiple states and follows a Monday–Thursday 8:30 AM–6:00 PM PST schedule, with a Friday 10:00 AM–2:00 PM PST option. The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED, 1–3 years in medical billing or patient collections, strong communication and customer #J-18808-Ljbffr Ideal Option and Ideal Balance
