Job Full Description

Account Manager needed! A loan and finance company is seeking an individual to help drive sales and build & maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
Prepare reports on account status.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.

Skills Required:

Strong customer service skills.
Comfortable with collection calls and high call volumes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to negotiate and close agreements.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Full Time/Long Term opportunity

Monday thru Friday, 9:00am-6:00pm

Pay is $15.00 per hour
