Shift Manager

The pay for this position is $20.00/hour + Tips + Bonus. At Five Guys, we serve outstanding burgers and fries in clean restaurants with a top-tier customer service approach! Responsibilities Shift managers are trained to perform all duties performed by Crew Members and Shift Leaders, with additional responsibility for directing the daily operations of a restaurant in the General Manager's absence: ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation including product prep and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team and inventory management, and other duties as required or assigned.
