Quality Manager

We're hiring a Quality Manager to lead our Quality Management System and drive Quality Assurance and Quality Engineering across a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a full-time, on-site role. What you'll do: Own the QMS as Management Representative, ensuring AS9100 and ISO 9001 compliance Lead third-party and customer source surveillance audits, plus internal audits and quarterly Management Reviews Manage the QA department — staffing, scheduling, and performance Drive quality engineering support for manufacturing processes and equipment Lead supplier quality evaluation and management, and serve as the customer's quality point of contact Chair MRB/CAB activities, root-cause analysis, and CAPA implementation Champion Lean initiatives (5S, VSM, Visual Factory) as part of continuous improvement What you'll bring: Bachelor's degree in a related field 8+ years of technical experience, including 4-6 years in a management role Hands-on experience with AS9100 and ISO 9001 Background in aerospace, defense, electronics manufacturing, or engineering preferred Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in ERP systems (e.g. M1), Word, and Excel #J-18808-Ljbffr Lumicity
