Corporate Legal Assistant (2+ years of experience)

Folsom Jackson O’Malley LLP is seeking a Legal Assistant to support our Corporate Law team. This role focuses on transactional and corporate matters (non-litigation) and involves preparing, revising and organizing corporate legal documents and correspondence. The Legal Assistant will assist with entity formation and maintenance, corporate records, and routine filings; coordinate and manage multiple attorney calendars and deadlines; and provide day‑to‑day administrative and practice support to designated attorneys. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, organized and client‑focused, with the ability to manage competing priorities, communicate professionally with clients and colleagues, and proactively support attorneys in balancing a fast‑paced corporate practice. What you will Need: At least two years of corporate transactional experience. Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with NetDocuments and Orion a plus, but not required. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral. Must be a self‑starter with the ability to prioritize.
