Bookkeeper / Accounting Assistant
We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Accounting Assistant to support daily accounting and administrative functions. The ideal candidate is organized, accurate, and comfortable working with financial records and accounting software.
Key Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Enter invoices, payments, and other financial data
- Assist with bank and account reconciliations
- Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation
- Prepare basic financial reports and spreadsheets
- Follow up on outstanding invoices and payment discrepancies
- Assist with filing, scanning, and general administrative tasks
- Support the accounting team as needed
Requirements
- Previous bookkeeping or accounting support experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
- Strong Microsoft Excel and data-entry skills
- Experience with accounting software and computerized systems
- Enumerate software experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and confidentiality
- Ability to start as soon as possible
Start Date: ASAP
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $23.00 - $24.00 Per Hour
