What You'll Do

• Partner with leaders on employee relations, performance management, and coaching
• Support recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, and retention initiatives
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR best practices
• Assist with compensation, benefits, and HR programs
• Lead HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
• Utilize HRIS and reporting to support business decisions

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of HR experience
• Required: Experience supporting multiple companies, business units, divisions, or legal entities
• Strong employee relations and leadership coaching experience
• Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
