This role owns schedule, budget, and execution – you must be comfortable driving the field as well as managing the project. What You’ll Do Run projects start to finish (buyout → closeout) Manage subs, vendors, clients, and inspections Control budget, schedule, and change orders Be present in the field and keep jobs moving Handle RFIs, submittals, and project documentation What You Bring 5–7 years commercial construction PM experience (required) Buildertrend (or similar) experience (required)Strong knowledge of construction methods + sequencing OSHA 30 preferred Able to manage multiple projects independently What Sets You Apart Comfortable holding clients, subs, and vendors accountable Confident in enforcing purchase orders and contract terms Direct communicator—can handle tough conversations professionally Proactive, organized, and solutions‑driven #J-18808-Ljbffr Freccia Group LLC
