If you've spent years mastering payroll integrations, absence management, and enterprise HRIS ecosystems and you're ready to own a complex, enterprise-scale environment, we built this role for you. Workday experience is a strong plus. Whether you hold a Workday Pro Payroll certification or have hands-on exposure to Workday payroll, absence, and integrations, your platform knowledge will make an immediate impact here. What You'll Own End-to-end payroll integration management: Design and validate integrated payroll solutions — data flows, calculations, compliance controls, and financial alignment — built to scale. Absence management configuration: Own the configuration and maintenance of absence management in Workday, ensuring seamless data exchange between Workday and third-party leave, time-tracking, and benefits platforms. System optimization & configuration: Lead configuration, testing, and validation for complex payroll and absence scenarios. Redesign workflows to improve reliability, speed, and visibility. Senior escalation & issue resolution: Be the last line of defense for complex payroll, absence, and integration issues. Diagnose root causes across systems, protect compliance, and maintain continuity. Mentorship & technical leadership: Grow analysts and technical teammates. Establish design patterns, documentation standards, and governance that outlast any single project. Continuous improvement: Spot opportunities to cut manual effort, improve financial alignment, and bring in emerging technology that creates real organizational value.
