Sarah Neuman Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is a 301-bed skilled nursing facility located in Mamaroneck New York. Monday-Friday The RN Unit Manager is responsible for overseeing the delivery of nursing care within an assigned unit of a skilled nursing facility or long-term care center. This position ensures high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, staff supervision, care coordination, and effective communication among residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.

Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Minimum of 2-3 years of nursing experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or acute care. Strong clinical assessment and leadership skills. Knowledge of long-term care regulations and documentation requirements. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Previous supervisory or management experience in a nursing home or skilled nursing facility. Experience with electronic medical records (EMR/EHR). BSN degree preferred. Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and assist residents as necessary. Ability to respond quickly to emergencies.
