It is a direct hire role with a full benefits package, Minimum of 10 years of engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing capital projects Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex projects in an industrial or manufacturing setting Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Valid driver's livense with demonstrated safe driving record Benefits Competitive compensation Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans Opportunities for professional growth and leadership development A collaborative and innovative work environment Responsibilities We are seeking a strategic and experienced Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing team responsible for the execution of large-scale capital projects and support of mill maintenance activities This role oversees a team of Mechanical and Electrical Project Engineers, as well as a Superintendent of Process Control and Automation, with additional reports across engineering and maintenance functions Lead and manage a team of 9 direct reports, including project engineers and technical specialists Oversee planning, budgeting, and execution of large capital projects from concept through commissioning Provide strategic direction and technical oversight to ensure projects meet safety, quality, cost, and schedule objectives Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, maintenance, and corporate teams to align engineering initiatives with business goals Support mill maintenance activities by providing engineering expertise and resources as needed Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and professional development within the engineering team Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory standards #J-18808-Ljbffr Kosmos
