Join a leading outpatient imaging provider delivering concierge-level patient care in a modern, low-volume clinic environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and register patients using Epic EMR
• Schedule 10-15 complete patient appointments daily
• Perform standardized MRI safety screening and intake
• Collect co-pays and patient financial responsibility
• Answer phones and provide exceptional customer service
• Float periodically to nearby clinic locations (within approximately 30 minutes) with mileage reimbursement

Qualifications

• 6+ months of outpatient healthcare front office experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience with patient registration, scheduling, or insurance verification
• Epic experience preferred
• Radiology or imaging experience is a plus
