Production Supervisor

Production Supervisor – Manufacturing We are a leading manufacturer seeking a motivated Production Supervisor to oversee shift operations. This hands‑on role ensures safety, quality, productivity, and team development in a fast‑paced environment. Responsibilities: Supervise hourly production staff, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with OSHA and company procedures. Enforce quality standards, SOPs, and process controls. Manage daily schedules, workflow, and Lean initiatives (5S, visual management). Train, mentor, and provide feedback to team members. Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with maintenance and quality teams. Maintain employee timekeeping, attendance, and adherence to policies. Foster a positive, collaborative team environment. Requirements: 3+ years in a manufacturing environment. 1+ years in a leadership role (e.g., Team Lead, Supervisor). Experience with Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement. Strong knowledge of quality standards and safety protocols. Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
