In this role, you will:

• Be a customer launch specialist: Launch new customers on the product, resolve pain points, and ensure great onsite experience Be a clients representative: manage quality and performance for clients
• Have strong communication: field feedback from clients, identify issues, and clearly communicate them to the relevant contact

About You:

• Based in SC, and willing to travel within their respective cities daily to a different location Humble Hustler - No job is beneath you or too small.
• You believe the best way to learn about how to optimize a process is to first hack it together yourself Ability to manage ambiguity and work independently in a fast paced environment and being comfortable with executing with limited guidance Coachable on Technology and Data
• Ability to use communication and collaboration tools like Slack, Zoom, Google Sheets in addition to internal systems at clients Expert in the Meal Manager platform
• Ability to learn, communicate, and troubleshoot basic issues clients have with the platform (how to set up their account, place orders, setup backup carts ect).
• Ability to operate at the lowest level of detail with excellent accuracy and productivity Excellent Communication and Time-Management Skills
• Ability to effectively articulate issues, understand problems and implement solutions while managing multiple projects Passionate about people management and building relationships that have a strong foundation on empathy and emotional intelligence
• Prior experience in Operations Management, Support, Customer Interviews, and Sales preferably in the hospitality industry
