Senior SAP Service Management Consultant - SAP SM/CS

Role: Senior SAP Service Management Consultant Start: ASAP Duration: Start with 6 Months Openings: 3 Interview: Two rounds - Video Location: San Diego,CA (50% Travel and 50% remote) Description: Lead the design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Service Management processes, including: Service orders Contracts and subscriptions Billing and revenue integration Design and configure Solution Quotations for complex, multi component service offerings (e.g., product + service bundles, subscription based services, usage based services). Define pricing, configuration, and dependency logic using Solution Quotations and related frameworks. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements, conduct fit to standard analysis, and identify gaps. Evaluate alternatives to workflow based overrides or heavy customization, validations, and approval mechanisms. Ensure alignment with cross functional processes, including: Finance, Revenue recognition SD / Order Management Digital payments and invoicing Lead or support SIT, UAT, and regression testing activities for Service Management and Solution Quotation scenarios. Prepare test scripts, execute test cycles, and support defect resolution. Support cutover, go live, and post go live stabilization activities.
