Commercial Enablement Manager
Intuitive Surgical
Commercial Enablement Manager at Intuitive Surgical develops learning strategies and global training programs to drive product adoption and sales capability. The role partners with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business objectives into scalable enablement solutions and measure impact on commercial performance.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary learning consultant to business stakeholders for assigned product domains and commercial priorities
- Develop and deploy scalable learning strategies supporting product launches, adoption, and capability development globally
- Lead cross-functional planning and create playbooks, toolkits, and train-the-trainer programs for consistent execution
- Own readiness strategies, define launch success criteria, and drive alignment across workstreams
- Define success metrics, analyze performance data, and drive continuous improvement through innovative enablement approaches
Requirements
- 5+ years in commercial enablement, sales training, sales, marketing, or learning and development
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders without direct authority
- Strong consultative, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
- Ability to assess business needs, identify performance gaps, and design learning solutions
- Project and program management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and performance consulting methodologies
- Bachelor's degree required; ability to travel up to 25%
