Account Manager – Inside Sales Build Your Sales Career with Delta-T Group Delta-T Group is seeking a motivated and driven Account Manager (Inside Sales) to join our Business Development team. As an Account Manager, you will primarily work from our office, engaging with prospective clients by phone and other communication channels. As opportunities develop, you may be asked to participate in virtual or in-person client meetings. What You’ll Do Initiate conversations with prospective clients and develop new business opportunities. Identify qualified sales prospects based on established criteria and guidance from sales leadership. Conduct consistent and professional outbound phone activity. Build relationships with prospective clients and understand their needs. Schedule and coordinate virtual or in-person meetings with qualified prospects. Maintain accurate and detailed activity, contact, and prospect information in the CRM. Follow up consistently with prospects to move opportunities through the sales process. Collaborate with sales leadership and team members to achieve business development goals. Adapt quickly to evolving sales strategies, processes, and priorities.
