Office Manager

Job Title: Office Manager Location: Toms River, NJ Type: Contract To Hire Compensation: $25.00 - $40.00 Work Model: Onsite – onsite Hours: Monday-Friday | 8:30 am till 4:30 pm Office Manager Responsibilities: Assist in purchasing of materials, equipment, and supplies for construction projects Obtain competitive pricing and negotiate with vendors Prepare and track purchase orders Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables Assist with job costing and project documentation Type proposals and manage office operations Coordinate with team members and vendors Maintain office supplies and equipment Requirements Previous experience in office management or related role Experience in purchasing Knowledge of construction materials and vendors Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work onsite full-time Proficiency in MS Office Suite Experience with QuickBooks (or similar accounting software) System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
