Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and families with a warm, professional attitude.
• Answer a high-volume, multi-line phone system.
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments.
• Verify insurance information and collect copays.
• Check patients in and out accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate patient records in our electronic medical record (EMR) system.
• Communicate clearly with parents, providers, and coworkers.
• Help keep the front office organized and running efficiently.
