Accounting Manager

Essential Functions Monthly financial reporting for clients Maintain and balance the general ledger accurately Prepare trial balances, journal entries Prepare schedules and forecasts Maintain and balance the general ledger accurately Prepare schedules and forecasts Understanding of general accounting principals Oversee team; coordinate workflow with internal staff and client; interface and communicate with client’s Share knowledge by developing and delivering training programs to team members and serving as a mentor/coach to others Ability to perform research as needed Ability to prioritize work and adhere to time budgets Ability to work independently on assigned tasks and work collaboratively on assignments Build working relationships with peers, management, and client personnel Qualifications Experience with accounting for the restaurant industry, including fast-serve restaurants is required. Bachelor’s Degree, preferable in Accounting Ability to work independently on assigned tasks & learn from other team members Self-motivated and ambitious Strong experience with Excel, including Pivot Tables and V-Lookup Experience with Restaurant 365 and/or QSR software a plus.
