Location: New York,NY, US Date Posted: 07-26-2026 Job Description Experience: Senior Level Salary: $115,000 - $130,000 per year Job Details You would own a portfolio of assets end to end. That means overseeing financials coming in from third party property managers, reviewing JV partner reporting, working directly with asset management on performance, and producing consolidated GAAP reporting across a complex, multi-entity structure. Then layering in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analytics on top of that. If you have spent time in Big 4 real estate audit, FDD, TAS, or any deal advisory capacity touching real estate assets, this is the role where those skills stop being point in time and start being yours to own permanently.
