As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled, experienced Senior Bookkeeper and Account Manager to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Review Staff Bookkeeper's work
• Analyze clients' QuickBooks Online files to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Use Anana for project management
• Use Keeper for reviews
• Conduct regular financial reviews and provide insightful recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to address any accounting-related queries or concerns.
• Stay up-to-date with accounting principles and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum of five years of hands-on experience working with QuickBooks Online.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week
