Account Executive - Print Solutions

As an Account Executive, you will be selling commercial print services, primarily focused on point-of-purchase
signage. You will be targeting convenience stores, hotels, and real estate companies. Decision-makers include mid
- $90,000 - $130,000 Base Salary, plus commissions and bonuses
- First-year OTE: $220,000+
- Second-year OTE: $1,000,000+ (for top performers)

- Sales Territory: Primarily New England, with coverage extending to Florida and Texas
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 45 hours/week.
- 10-15 years of sales experience
- Experience in print services or related industry
- Experience selling to mid-management and senior-level decision-makers
- Industry-specific knowledge in printing and signage highly preferred
- Must have valid driver's license and vehicle
- Excel - Intermediate
- PowerPoint - Intermediate
- Word - Basic

- Salesforce CRM - Required
- Online demo capabilities - Basic
- Commercial print services
- Point-of-purchase signage
- Offset printing for specialty finishes (foil, emboss)
- Digital printing (80-85% of production)

- Client Locations: Primarily New England, extended nationally
