St. Francis Hospice (SFH) is growing, and we need a Thrift Store Assistant Sales Manager to join our new thrift store team.  SFH is a well-established, mission-driven healthcare organization dedicated to providing exceptional hospice and palliative care services throughout our community.

Responsible for the daily thrift store operation to include;

• Store opening/closing procedure (cash management, merchandising, scheduling staff and volunteers, and sales)
• Organizing donation pick-up and delivery
• Training volunteers and staff
• Organizing weekly promotions and sales

Requirement: Proven management skills in a retail environment. Excellent people skills. Ability to manage expenses in order to maximize profit.
