Front Desk Receptionist / Hotel Front Desk

The Front Desk Agent is responsible for being the first point of contact as well as the first impression with guests, handling all stages of a guest’s stay, which can include multitasking, and performing the following duties in a manner that reflects our hotel’s vision, mission, and core values. Responsibilities: • Welcome guests warmly, determine their needs, and manage the registration process. • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to address and resolve guest concerns promptly. • Operate the hotel switchboard, answer inquiries, and transfer calls as needed. • Take reservations in person, via email, or over the phone, including group bookings. • Manage guest check-ins and check-outs appropriately Qualifications: • Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays. • Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality • Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. • Experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required. • Compensation: $15 - $15.50 hourly
