Construction Project Coordinator

Supporting project managers across the Western Region, the full-time remote Construction Project Coordinator will provide critical project coordination and administrative support throughout the construction lifecycle, focusing on project setup, document control, compliance management, and communication. Key responsibilities: Manage and coordinate construction project documentation using Procore, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations Assist in project scheduling, equipment procurement, and logistics to support successful project execution Provide financial and administrative support, including documentation for project invoicing and tracking project expenditures Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience Minimum of four years of experience supporting large-scale construction projects in institutional, government, commercial, or industrial facilities Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications Demonstrated ability to gather, validate, and analyze quantitative data Strong organizational, coordination, and interpersonal skills
