We’re looking for a skilled and compassionate Business Office Manager to lead our financial operations. This role is essential in ensuring smooth administrative processes and the financial well-being of our residents and their families. What You'll Do As the Business Office Manager, you will: Oversee Medicaid applications and guide families through the process Maintain resident trust funds in compliance with regulations Manage collections and keep billing records up-to-date Monitor AR aging reports and track financial performance using PCC Attend Medicare and AR meetings weekly Support admissions and assist with weekend supervisor rotation Maintain accurate resident files and financial documentation Assist with state and federal survey corrections and compliance Assist with HR duties and payroll processing What You Bring 2+ years of Business Office experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Solid understanding of basic accounting and bookkeeping Excellent organizational and leadership skills Proficient in Medicaid processes and resident fund management Familiarity with JCAHO, OBRA, IDPA, HFS regulations A blend of professionalism, empathy, and compassion for elder care Why You’ll Love Working With Us At Haven Health Care, you’re not just filling a position — you’re joining a purpose-driven team where your work matters.
