Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg Discipline: RN Start Date: 09/28/2026 Duration: 12 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel RN - MedSurg/Tele | Location: Shelby, NC Assignment Overview We are seeking a Registered Nurse with experience in MedSurg/Telemetry for a travel assignment in a 24-bed unit with an average daily census of 24. The ideal candidate will possess a basic Med/Tele skill set and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with patients of various diagnoses, including cardiac, respiratory, and neurological conditions. Assignment Details Assignment Type: Travel Shift Details: 0645-1915; 1845-0715, every other weekend rotation Estimated Gross Weekly Pay Package: $2025 (negotiable) Responsibilities Provide care for patients with cardiac, respiratory, and neurological diagnoses Interpret cardiac rhythms and manage non-titrating cardiac drips Administer IVs, blood products, and perform wound care/dressing changes Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including CNAs, phlebotomy, and RT Float within the region as needed, maintaining excellent patient care standards Qualifications Required: 18 months Med/Tele RN experience BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications Experience with EPIC EMR system (minimum 6 months) Basic Med/Tele skillset Job Type Travel PEL/VIP Job ID 63037902.
