Attorney - PI Defense - Hybrid/ Remote!

An established firm based in Orange County with over 20 years in practice is seeking a mid to senior-level attorney with 3-10+ years of experience to join their team in a hybrid work arrangement. This attorney will have experience in civil litigation and it would be a non-trial position.

Offer: $130,000 - $210,000 (Based on Experience) with performance-based bonuses. Hybrid/flexible work schedule. Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance. 401(k). Paid time off. Qualifications: The candidate must have a JD degree from an ABA-approved law school and maintain an active license in good standing in California. The candidate must have 3+ years of experience in personal injury. The candidate must demonstrate solid deposition, motion, and courtroom experience, strong writing and communication skills, and strategic thinking ability. The candidate must thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Senior attorneys have a remote possibility.

Responsibilities: Manage their own caseload with partner support. Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses. Take and defend depositions and appear in court for hearings and motions. Work directly with clients to strategize and move cases forward.
