Personal Injury Attorney Santa Ana, CA, US Job Details Experience: Senior Level Salary: $175,000 - $350,000 per year Proven experience with mediations, depositions, and arbitration in personal injury matters; litigation and trial experience — particularly plaintiff-side, first or second chair — is a plus but not required. Comfortable handling full-cycle PI casework: case evaluation and pre-suit strategy, discovery, drafting pleadings and motions, trial preparation, and staying current on relevant legislation; strong working knowledge of state and federal court rules, deadlines, and procedures. Strong writing, verbal communication, negotiation, and public speaking skills, with sound judgment and critical thinking in complex or high-pressure situations. Able to manage a high-volume caseload independently, supervise a team of paralegals and support staff, and collaborate with fellow attorneys on case strategy; this is a full-time, in-office role. Salary: Competitive base salary plus performance-based commission, commensurate with experience. A small in-house litigation team currently handles that docket, supported by a five-person in-house case management staff that keeps every matter moving from intake through resolution rather than routing files out to referral counsel.
