Personal Injury Law Firm seeks a results-driven Attorney with at least 2 years of experience handling contingency-based plaintiff personal injury cases . This role is ideal for a skilled negotiator who thrives in client advocacy, case strategy, and settlement negotiations—helping injured individuals receive the justice they deserve before litigation becomes necessary .

What You’ll Do:

• Manage a high-volume caseload of personal injury claims from intake to settlement.
• Work closely with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters to maximize case value.
• Oversee case strategy, demand preparation, and negotiate settlements to ensure clients receive fair compensation.
• Collaborate with litigation teams when cases require escalation.

Who You Are:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience handling plaintiff personal injury cases in a pre-litigation setting.
• Licensed to practice law in California (multi-jurisdiction licensing and bilingual abilities are a plus).
• A strong communicator and negotiator who thrives in client-facing interactions.

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in California (multi-jurisdiction licensing is a plus).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience handling plaintiff personal injury cases in a pre-litigation setting.
• Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of securing favorable settlements.
• Excellent communication and client management skills —must be comfortable working directly with injured clients.
