About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Legal Outsourcing Services to take on a pivotal role in the firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full ownership and leadership of a globally distributed outsourcing team, primarily composed of qualified lawyers with LLM credentials. This team is currently focused on drafting and reviewing non-disclosure agreements at scale for the firm's private equity and equity-focused client base. The role involves team leadership, AI-driven transformation of workflows, and the expansion of the firm's service offering into additional categories of contract work. The Head of Legal Outsourcing Services will also be a key stakeholder partner, operating directly with the firm's leadership and revenue-generating partners. Applicants must have a minimum of ten years' of experience in legal practice, legal operations, or corporate and commercial legal services, with a strong background in contract work. Direct experience with non-disclosure agreements and US commercial contracts, particularly in a private equity or financial services context, is highly preferred. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record of building or transforming a function into a structured, metrics-driven operation, and genuine fluency in artificial intelligence, with the ability to design and deploy AI-enabled workflows. Experience in leading distributed teams and a commitment to structured people management and professional development are also essential.
