Payroll Support Specialist

PBS Systems is seeking a SPD Payroll Specialist – Tier 1 to serve as the primary contact for customers using payroll products and services. You will troubleshoot software issues, document incidents, and ensure timely follow-up and resolution, while maintaining excellent customer service. Responsibilities include building payroll software knowledge, documenting interactions, and escalating complex issues with proper context. Cross-training and adherence to policies are expected. #J-18808-Ljbffr
