Job Summary and Responsibilities As an Urgent Care Physician (MD or DO), you will join the thriving Dignity Health Medical Group – Dominican, playing a pivotal role in delivering high‑quality, patient‑centered care at our Capitlola, CA clinic. You will provide comprehensive urgent care services to a diverse community, focusing on lower acuity cases and a variety of acute illnesses and minor trauma. The role offers a supportive environment that values innovation, collaboration, and personal well‑being. Provide high‑quality, patient‑centered care to a diverse community, managing 20–35 patients per day. Perform procedures such as suturing and splinting for simple lacerations, sprains, strains, and minor trauma. Manage acute illnesses, including catheter care and IV fluid administration. Complete 15 shifts per month (180 shifts per year), including two weekend shifts per month. Benefits Competitive annual salary guarantee of $376,200. Sign‑on bonus: up to $40,000. Job Requirements Board‑certified or board‑eligible MD or DO in Urgent Care, Family Medicine, or Emergency Medicine. Active or eligible license in the state of California.
