The Opportunity In Abbott’s Electrophysiology (EP) business, our Austin, TX office currently has an opportunity for a Sr. Global Revenue Management Analyst within our Global Strategic Pricing & Commercial Effectiveness group. Responsibilities Develop and maintain an end‑to‑end ETL process to ensure accurate databases and analytical tools. Build Power BI dashboards that provide key insights for senior leadership. Drive new processes and tools to support Abbott’s financial goals and analytical capabilities. Partner with functional groups on global pricing and Gross Margin Improvement studies and actions. Develop financial models for region, country, and customer‑level ASP and model mix analysis. Support strategic pricing and execution of new medical device product launches. Manage pre‑ and post‑product launch analytics (customer pricing, segmentation, monitoring, and reporting). Provide analytical support to various functional teams in the group. Create and maintain technical documentation and SOPs to cross‑train peers. Manage Product Life Cycle activities for products slated for retirement. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in STEM or equivalent education and experience. Proficiency in Power BI data modeling and visualization. Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and SQL Server. Advanced Excel skills and broader Office Suite. Preferred database management experience (Fabric, Azure, SSIS). Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail. Strong analytical skills with experience on large datasets. Critical thinking to solve complex and ambiguous problems. Preferred Qualifications Graduate degree (e.g., MBA or STEM field). Advanced Power BI data modeling and visualization experience. Experience in medical device or diagnostics industry. Base Pay $99,300.00 – $198,700.00 Location United States – Austin, TX (8701 Bee Caves Rd) Travel 10% of the time Medical Surveillance No Significant Work Activities Continuous sitting for prolonged periods; keyboard use for at least 50% of the workday.
