Industrial Maintenance Tech

Industrial Maintenance Technician We are seeking a dependable Industrial Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production machinery and facility equipment in a manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity for individuals with experience in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, automotive, diesel mechanics, or equipment repair. Ammonia refrigeration experience is a plus but is not required. Pay & Schedule Schedule: 1st or 2nd shift Employment Type: Full-time Overtime/On-Call: Occasional weekend work or call-ins may be required Responsibilities Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair production machinery and facility equipment. Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and maintain equipment reliability. Complete work orders and document maintenance and repairs. Install, adjust, and maintain mechanical and electrical components. Maintain hydraulic systems, including hoses, piping, and pumps. Assist with compressed air systems, industrial microwave equipment, and refrigeration equipment. Monitor equipment conditions and report leaks or other maintenance concerns. Maintain inventory of parts, tools, and supplies. Coordinate with production and sanitation teams to minimize downtime and maintain food safety standards. Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout and applicable OSHA requirements. Maintain a clean and organized work area while following sanitation and food safety guidelines. Qualifications Mechanical troubleshooting and repair experience. Working knowledge of electrical systems and wiring. Ability to read technical drawings and schematics. Experience using shop tools and maintenance equipment safely. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Willingness to learn and perform a variety of maintenance duties. Ammonia refrigeration experience or specialized training is a plus.
