\n Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center is seeking a PRN Hospitalist Physician to join our collaborative inpatient care team. This position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive hospital environment while maintaining scheduling flexibility. \n

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to hospitalized patients by managing medical conditions and developing treatment plans
\n
• Conduct comprehensive medical histories and physical examinations
\n
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests to diagnose and treat medical conditions
\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
\n
• Ensure seamless communication to support optimal patient outcomes
\n
• Apply evidence-based practices and remain current with medical advancements and research
\n
• Adhere to hospital policies and procedures while maintaining high standards of patient safety and satisfaction
\n

\n
• Board Certification in Internal Medicine (ABIM)
\n
• Current medical licensure in the state of Missouri or eligibility for licensure
\n
• Strong clinical, interpersonal, and communication skills
\n
• Proven ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment
\n
• Ability to work flexible 12-hour shifts, including days, nights, and weekends
\n

Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center is a 410-bed acute care hospital serving southeast Missouri as a regional medical center.
