Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are currently seeking a skilled Extrusion Operator to join our production team. This role is responsible for operating and maintaining extrusion equipment used in the production of high-quality protein bar products.What You’ll Do:Set up and operate extrusion machineryMonitor production to ensure consistent product qualityPerform basic equipment troubleshooting and cleaningConduct quality checks and document production dataFollow food safety, GMP, and safety protocolsCommunicate issues promptly to supervisorsWhat We’re Looking For:Experience operating manufacturing or extrusion equipment preferredStrong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skillsAttention to detail and quality focusAbility to work in a fast-paced production environmentStrong attendance and reliabilityWork Environment:Production facility environmentPPE requiredStanding for extended periodsLifting up to 50 lbsPre-Employment RequirementsEmployment offers are contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening and background check. All pre-employment screening will be conducted in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
