INSURANCE AGENT TRAINEE

Farmers Insurance - San Jose District
We are selecting a limited number of qualified candidates for the Farmers Insurance Agent in Training Program. This hands-on mentorship program provides paid training, licensing, and daily warm leads while you learn directly from a top-ranked Farmers agent. You will gain full exposure to insurance sales, marketing, recruiting, and business operations.

Requirements
- Motivated, competitive, and goal-driven
- Background in sales, recruiting, customer service, or management preferred
- Strong communication and leadership potential
- Proficient with CRM systems
- Must obtain state insurance licensing (paid by us)
- Experienced insurance Sales Producers with a proven track record of sales, will have the option to work from home after training.
Responsibilities
- Sell auto, home, life, specialty and business insurance.
- Manage warm leads and client relationships
- Learn recruiting, marketing, and business operations
- Train under an experienced mentor agent
