Personal Lines Account Manager

Job Summary Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive A‑Z servicing of personal lines accounts, including quoting new and renewal business. This is an in‑office position, offering the opportunity to work in a laid‑back yet professional environment where results and dedication are highly valued. Compensation Package Salary Range: $45,000 - $75,000 (commensurate with experience) Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package available Responsibilities Manage a book of personal lines accounts, including standard personal lines and potentially some high‑net‑worth accounts (experience in high‑net‑worth accounts is not required). Handle all aspects of account servicing, including quoting, renewals, endorsements, and policy changes. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally. Collaborate with the Commercial Lines Department Manager and other team members to ensure seamless operations. Utilize AMS360 software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records. Qualifications/Requirements Licenses: Active 2-20 or 20-44 license is required. Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in personal lines account management. Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 software is preferred. Soft Skills: Strong organizational and time‑management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
