The Opportunity

Were looking for a Performance Coach who brings both credentials and charisma someone who lives for the energy of the room, commands respect through knowledge, and connects with people effortlessly.

This is the perfect role for a Type-A, outgoing, people-first coach who thrives in a fast-paced, competitive, and results-driven environment.

What Youll Do

• Lead dynamic group training sessions and personal training for youth, adults, and teams.

• Foster a positive, high-energy, motivating environment every single session.

• Modify programs to meet each athletes goals, strengths, and limitations.

• Teach proper form, movement, and safety with precision.

• Build deep relationships know every athletes goals and help them crush them.

• Provide ongoing education and accountability in strength, speed, and nutrition.

What You Bring

• A magnetic, cant fake it presence you light up the room and inspire others to perform.

• Passion for fitness, performance, and changing lives.

• NCCA-accredited certification required (NASM, NSCA, ACE, ACSM, etc.).

• CPR/AED/First Aid certification (required).

• Bachelors degree in Exercise Science or related field (preferred).

• At least 1 year of experience coaching group, personal, or team training.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to command a room of athletes.
