Customer Service Representative

Job Description

OriginLab is a software company located in downtown Northampton, MA. We produce a scientific software sold around the world.

Job Description:

Process customers’ orders and deliver software license daily
Process incoming customer inquiries and pass leads to sales team.
Send renewal quotes, follow up on renewals, and collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely renewals.
Communicates client needs and demands to company
Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service
Other related work required

Desired Skills and Experience:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong problem solving skills.

Strong computer skills.

8 hour shift
Monday to Friday

Education:

Associate (Preferred)

Experience:

customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
