About This Role The Registered Nurse (RN) in the Pre/Post-op Eye Surgery Center provides individualized, professional patient care in the Operating Room, functioning as both Circulator and Scrub Nurse. This per diem position is ideal for those who thrive in a fast‑paced environment and are committed to delivering high-quality care. Highlights Location: Newington, CT Facility: Hartford Hospital Schedule: Per Diem, Day shift What You'll Do Organize and administer individualized patient care in the Operating Room. Function as Circulator/Scrub Nurse during surgical procedures. Provide nursing care in accordance with hospital policies and AORN, ASPAN standards. Participate in patient teaching and incorporate age/cultural needs in care planning. Engage in quality improvement activities. Requirements Education: Current CT RN License required. Experience: Previous relevant nursing experience required. Licenses & Certifications: Current CT RN License CNOR preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
