What You'll Do

• Provide efficient, compassionate care for adult and pediatric patients in a busy walk-in setting
• Perform assessments, diagnose, and develop treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians
• Document patient visits accurately and timely
• Assist with health screenings and patient education
• Support the clinic's workflow during peak hours, including weekends and holidays
• Maintain compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and facility policies

What You Need

• Valid Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in Wisconsin
• Comfortable with both adult and pediatric patient populations
• Prior experience in urgent care, primary care, or walk-in clinics preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work full shifts and handle documentation efficiently
