Licensed Nurse Practitioner

To provide remote telehealth support for Medicare beneficiaries, the full-time Tennessee Licensed Nurse Practitioner will conduct evaluations for urgent clinical concerns, collaborate with healthcare teams, and promote patient education while working from home. Key responsibilities Conduct telehealth evaluations for Medicare beneficiaries experiencing urgent, non-emergent clinical concerns Determine appropriate interventions and escalate care when necessary Provide patient education on disease management and promote medication adherence Required qualifications Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license National certification appropriate to specialty Minimum of 3 years of clinical practice experience in relevant fields Experience managing hypertension and common chronic conditions Prior telehealth or virtual care experience
