Job Summary Provide basic physical labor associated with the placement and finishing of concrete pavers. Job Responsibilities Assist in plant start-up as instructed Perform quality control on finished products being tumbled removing any product not meeting quality standards Stack/sort product (concrete pavers) on elevated pallets Manual stacking of product (concrete pavers) weighing up to 75 lbs Clean up designated area at end of shift Assist in other areas of plant as needed and directed by supervisor Job Requirements Extended periods of standing on concrete floor 8-10 hours Subject to temperature variations based on season Subject to exposure to noise and dust Use of PPE to include safety shoes, hard hats, ear and eye protection Compensation The hourly pay is $18-$20, based on experience 401 (k) plan / group retirement savings program Short-term and long-term disability benefits Life insurance Health, dental and vision insurance Paid time off Paid holidays What CRH Offers You Highly competitive base pay Comprehensive medical, dental and disability benefits programs Group retirement savings program Health and wellness programs An inclusive culture that values opportunity for growth, development, and internal promotion About CRH CRH has a long and proud heritage.
